Grown beneath the lush canopy of Selva Negra, where fertile volcanic soils and cool mountain air shape every bean, this dark roast reveals a harmony of strength and elegance. This coffee is a single strain Caturra from this estate's highest elevation growing field in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua.
